3 Months Old

On Thursday, Hunter had his three month birthday. My first thought was he is a trimester old. Then I noticed how time passes faster now that he is here. It feels like he was born just yesterday. Here is a list of what Hunter is doing at three months.

100% holding up his own head

-He locks legs and stands for long periods of time

- He plays with his two new toys- his hands

- He chews on his hands

- He sucks on his thumb

- He takes his paci out of his mouth and will attempt to put it back but struggles since the paci is usually turned

- He had his first cold

- He wears size one diapers

- He watches tv with Tim from across the room

- He loves to talk and smile

-He has a true frown :( all the way down

- He has a fake cry for attention

-He still loves his baths

- He loves to be tickled

- He anticipates response

He weighs about 13 pounds (I say about since we did not have a doctors appointment this month and I am weight him with me on the scale)

He is 23 inches long.

He is such a joy to have and we love spending every moment with him. We laugh and smile at the things he does and feel so blessed to have him. What an amazing gift he is!

Daddy Time

Chilling at home in my gym shorts and diaper!
Tim bought a pop up blind today and decided to try it out in the living room. Can you see them hunting in a few years?

After a long day, Hunter is carried off to bed!

Hunter loves to watch tv with Tim. I think Tim likes the company. Hunter will hold his head up and turn it towards the tv. Hunter loves it when Tim and I tickle him. He gives us big cheesy grins and has started to laugh the past days. I love his face.Friday night was a huge moment for Tim and Hunter. It was the Mavs first televised regular season game. Tim and Hunter watched the game and I only interrupted for the kodak moment that it was.

Gig'em and Frogs

We dressed Hunter up in his frog suit for some pictures. Tim and I usually work at the Fall Festival at our church each year but this year we had Hunter and since he has had a cold we decided to stay in. We had some friends over, Kyle and Karen, who were dressed as Aggies. We enjoyed some tacos, apple pie, and watched The Proposal.

Baylor Homecoming 2009

I have taken over 100 pictures in the past week so I am going to marathon blog over the next couple of days. Get excited! Our week started out at Baylor's 100th Homecoming. Tim had to work that morning so Hunter and I met up with his parents and sisters at the parade. It was cool enough that Hunter got to wear his bear suit. He was awake for the first part of the parade then he ate and fell asleep. We were going to go to the game when Tim got off, but when we got home it was too late so Hunter and Tim watched the game on tv.

Trip to Austin

Ronan and Aunt B!
Uncle Tim and Ronan.

A great picture of Ronan and Hunter.

On Saturday Tim and I drove down to visit Loren, Ryan and Ronan. It was the first time we had gone to see them since she was in the hospital. Hunter does so well traveling he usually sleeps the entire time but this trip he was awake most of the trip down. I sat in the back seat with him and enjoyed a great conversation with lots of smiles. When we got there, Loren and I headed to the mall and the boys (all 4 of them) stayed at the house. After we shopped we all headed to dinner at Macaroni Grill.
